We maintain a stock of over 5 million carats of diamond and CBN abrasives at all times. For items in stock, we can sell them in increments of 100 carats. For special abrasives such as coated or surface-treated products that are not currently in stock, please contact us first, as there is a minimum order quantity required for these treatments.

By sourcing directly from overseas manufacturers of ultrafine particles, we are able to consistently provide products that meet our customers' needs at the best possible prices. Additionally, if any testing is required, we will conduct it in-house or through a third-party organization and provide the results.

If the item is in stock at our facility, we can ship it the same day. If the item is in the manufacturer’s inventory, please allow approximately 10 to 14 days for delivery. However, we will first check the stock status, so please contact us and let us know your desired delivery date. Additionally, even for products we do not currently stock, we will actively consider establishing domestic inventory based on your usage patterns and future demand.

While we do offer products in our lowest-cost grade at approximately 6 yen per carat (24 yen per gram), we will recommend the most suitable grade based on your specific application. Please let us know your requirements first.

For mesh sizes, the standard is typically based on ISO/JIS specifications; however, we can supply special sizes, such as intermediate sizes, by performing in-house screening or by requesting specific screening from the manufacturer. Additionally, for micron-sized products, you can specify the D50 (median diameter) from our extensive inventory.

We are capable of performing high-cut processing in-house for both mesh and micron sizes. After processing, we can inspect the finished products using our in-house testing equipment and provide an inspection report.

The coating product lineup listed on our website and in our catalog is intended as a general guide only. Please contact us regarding adjustments to coating materials and quantities. We also offer surface treatments such as acid cleaning and aqua regia treatment; please contact us for details.

We are committed to introducing the latest testing equipment and conducting rigorous in-house quality inspections, with our top priority being to ensure our customers can use our products with complete confidence. We can provide “custom” inspection reports that include any specific tests you request, so please feel free to contact us. Additionally, for tests that cannot be performed in-house, we will arrange for them to be conducted by external testing laboratories as needed.

Through facility tours and seminars, we aim to contribute to the advancement of the industry and manufacturing operations by sharing our inspection methods with you. We are also committed to actively addressing your inspection needs, including equipment installation, so please feel free to contact us.

We have accumulated product data from various superabrasive manufacturers, so we can provide recommendations from our extensive lineup based on destructive and non-destructive analysis data. We can also analyze sample abrasives you provide and offer recommendations along with comparative data. (Please allow approximately 5 business days.)
