Our Commitment to Quality
Global Diamond is more than just a trading company.
It is also utilized on the production floor to support the development of new products.
Shipment Quality - Delivery backed by a comprehensive range of inspection equipment and our in-house quality assurance
We have equipped our headquarters with the following inspection equipment and have established an in-house system for incoming and outgoing inspections. In addition to standard inspections, we can increase the frequency of inspections and establish specific inspection criteria (equipment, measurement conditions, frequency, and pass/fail standards) based on our customers' specific applications.
By customizing these inspections, we reduce the burden of acceptance testing on our customers and provide them with products they can use with confidence through a one-stop service.

Manufacturing Quality - Regular Manufacturing Site Inspections
We visit our manufacturing partners several times a year to inspect their quality control procedures.
In addition, when there are custom processes for specific customers, we conduct audits of records and on-site operations as needed to ensure that these processes are being carried out properly.
Prompt response to quality issues
Products that fail to meet specifications during our incoming inspection are returned to the manufacturer. We then request that the manufacturer identify the cause and implement corrective actions in accordance with their ISO non-conformance procedures. If the written response is insufficient, we promptly visit the site to resolve the issue.
Furthermore, in the unlikely event that a complaint arises after delivery to a customer, we do not simply relay the issue to the manufacturer; instead, we immediately verify the problem using the shipment samples stored in-house (retained for over five years). While prioritizing the swift delivery of replacement products to minimize the impact on the customer’s manufacturing process, we proceed with investigating the root cause.
Initiatives for a New Quality Assessment Method
We are committed to contributing to the manufacturing industry—including our customers—by actively adopting new inspection and evaluation methods without being constrained by conventional abrasive grain inspection and evaluation techniques. To this end, we participate in academic conferences and engage in regular information exchanges with equipment manufacturers.
Furthermore, by sharing information with synthetic manufacturers regarding our in-house acceptance standards—which utilize equipment we have implemented internally—we not only emphasize the importance of inspection to manufacturers but also encourage them to adopt new equipment.
For example, we have switched from the traditional method of shape verification—which relied on visual judgment by inspectors—to objective numerical evaluation using image analysis, thereby striving to stabilize quality
(Example: By measuring the shapes of hundreds of thousands of particles using image analysis, it is possible to quantify their shape characteristics.)
