This product consists of synthetic diamonds that have been crushed and precisely graded to a micron size (approximately 40 μm or smaller). Depending on the type of diamond used as raw material, it is broadly categorized into metal microns and resin microns. Unlike size classification using mesh-sized screens, micron-sized particles are graded through wet sedimentation; therefore, variations in grading accuracy from batch to batch can affect precision, particularly in fields requiring high-precision machining such as electronics and semiconductors.
Furthermore, since particle size distributions and micron size designations vary depending on the supplier and the customer, we handle each project on a case-by-case basis.

Our product lineup includes the FRM series, made from crushed resin-bonded diamond; the FMM and GMM10 series, made from crushed metal-bonded abrasive grains; the SDGM6, derived from a raw material that falls between resin and metal in hardness; and the GMM20 series, made from crushed, harder metal-bonded diamond abrasive grains.
The GMM15 and GMM25 feature a blocky shape. The FRM2, SDGM6, and GMM10 are products that have undergone special crushing to achieve an irregular shape.

FRM
The most free-flowing resin-bonded synthetic diamond micron powder. The abrasive grains are gray in color.
FRM2
This product is made by grinding the same raw material as FRM, resulting in abrasive grains with a more irregular shape.
SDGM6
This Diamond Micron product is made from ground semi-metallic raw materials, offering excellent value and superior cutting performance. Its grading accuracy is on par with other products.
FMM
This is our most standard micron diamond product, made from abrasive grains ground from raw materials tougher than FRM. Yellow abrasive grains.
GMM10
Although it is made from the same raw materials as FMM, this product is characterized by its irregular shape, which results from a special grinding process.
GMM15
Although it is made from the same raw materials as FMM, this product is characterized by its blocky shape, which is achieved through a specialized grinding process. Due to its shape, it offers high classification accuracy.
GMM25
This product is made from abrasive grains ground from raw materials harder than FMM and is characterized by its blocky shape.
GMM40
This abrasive is made from the finest particles of the hardest raw materials and offers excellent toughness and thermal stability.
FRD-CM
This is the most economical abrasive grain, made from ground semi-metallic raw materials.
FRD-CM2
This product is made from the same raw materials as FRD-CM but has been specially ground to produce abrasive grains with a more irregular shape.
GMP-MG
This is an “As Grown” product characterized by its hexaoctahedral shape and high toughness.
GMP-Y
These are high-precision abrasive grains that have been subjected to secondary processing on “As Grown” material to achieve a rounded shape.
GMP-PCD
This product is ideal as a PCD material that utilizes high-strength raw materials and features enhanced cleaning properties.
