Mesh Sized CBN Powder
Here we introduce synthetic diamond powders in mesh sizes ranging from #60 to #500, which are primarily used in grinding wheels. Based on the type of binder used, these products are broadly categorized into metal-bonded and resin-bonded types. We offer a lineup of three types of high-heat-resistant amber-colored abrasive grains and five types of black abrasive grains. Since the crushing characteristics vary significantly depending on the abrasive grain, we will recommend the optimal CBN powder based on the bond you use, the workpiece, and the machining method.

FBN-300
Featuring the toughest amber-colored CBN abrasive grains, these products deliver extended tool life. They are available in a wide range of grit sizes, from #40 to fine mesh.
FBN-200
This dark amber-colored CBN abrasive offers high heat resistance and excellent cutting performance due to the shape of its grains.
FBN-190
This is our toughest black CBN abrasive product and a long-standing bestseller available in a range of grits from coarse to fine.
FBN-170
This black CBN abrasive offers an excellent balance of toughness and cutting performance and can be used with a wide variety of tools.
FBN-150
This CBN black abrasive grain is designed to balance toughness and cutting performance while offering excellent value.
FBN-130
This is the most friable CBN abrasive grain in the amber color range, characterized by its heat resistance and sharpness.
FBN-90
FRD—This is our most popular product, featuring black CBN abrasive grains that deliver superior cutting performance.
FBN-80
This black CBN abrasive product offers higher crushing performance than the FBN-90 and is extremely cost-effective.
