What Are Special Shapes?
Global Diamond is able to quickly convey market needs and future potential to synthetic diamond manufacturers, enabling the development of new products. Here, we introduce some of the uniquely shaped synthetic diamonds created through this process.
Product Lineup
Octahedral shape
While the primary application is currently for pad dressings, various grades are available to meet specific requirements regarding tip shape and size.
spherical shape
This product was developed with applications in mind where the workpiece requires the ultimate surface finish.
Cubic shape
Like the octahedral shape, this product is expected to find applications in regular arrangements in the future.
Multi-particle micron-sized diamonds
A product that combines primary particles measuring a few microns into aggregates of several tens of microns, resulting in a unique brittleness (microcracks).
Multi-particle mesh diamond
A product that combines primary particles measuring tens of microns into aggregates of several hundred microns, resulting in a unique friability (microcracks).
